We’re here at Alto to do the greatest work of our lives.

And to provide that opportunity for everyone who partners with us.

We bring together the best talent from around the globe.

Our Hollywood production model allows us to bring together the world’s best and brightest across industries, in order to craft teams that perfectly fit the needs of each assignment. We treat everyone with the same respect and approach, whether freelance or full time.

That fact, along with our work-from-anywhere model, helps attract and keep top talent, allowing us the benefit of working with the best of the best, no matter where they are, and giving our team the flexibility to work from wherever they feel most comfortable and inspired—whether that’s NY, LA or even Sri Lanka.

That said, it's also important to spend time together in one place, connect on a human level, get inspired and build our culture. So we do, with team off-sites in different cities brimming with their own culture, from New Orleans to Mexico City.

As a company obsessed with creativity, we know that diverse teams make more innovative and exciting work.

Since our agency’s inception, our partnership with St. John’s University in Queens—one of the most diverse colleges in the US—has been going strong and is in its third consecutive year. When we set out, our goal was to create a path for historically marginalized candidates and nurture future industry leaders. What we didn’t expect was how fast we’d become a better agency with a new generation of diverse thinkers.

We’re hoping our legacy will be—well, nothing.

Alto is a carbon-neutral company.

By partnering with the Watershed organization to measure our combined carbon footprint over two years, we were able to offset it, making us a truly carbon-neutral organization since 2021. And we will continue to be just that.

Not having an office reduces our footprint massively, as does avoiding needless travel for anyone on our team.

We are a proud member of 1% for the Planet. Since joining in 2020, we’ve contributed over $300,000 of our annual revenue, to date, to environmental causes.
